Conduct a usability study for our client, Hennepin County Library's website to complete key tasks on a mobile device given a specific scenario.
Two main research questions related to user navigation between the library homepage and the catalog homepage,

and were users confused by the differences in navigation between these two sites. As a group, we identified a few tasks to focus on and a user scenario to pose to our recruited participants. In 4-person teams, we then created a usability study protocol and moderated the study, analyzed our findings and presented them to our client (HCL).
Approach:

Proposed test scenario and tasks to specific test in usability study
Created cognitive walk through for each tasks and performed a heuristic evaluation on current state
Developed a usability protocol, executed and moderated user study, presenting findings to the client as a final deliverable.
